Anaë Gin Distillery

Anaë is a Premium French organic Gin created from an entrepreneurial project led by creator Pauline Raffaitin, collaborating with Dominique Touteau, Delamain Cellar Master for over 30 years, and spirits specialists in the industry. Originally launched in France in September 2021, Anaë is a grape based gin steeped in the terroir linking its DNA to the Bollinger Group.

Aromas of citrus fruits and fresh pear with notes of spices. The palate is complex with vegetal notes. Liquorice roots, pear and then clementines and candied mandarins. A very nice length in the mouth with a minty and aniseed touch.

Enjoy over ice with premium tonic water.
