Makers Mark Distillery

Maker's Mark is a small-batch bourbon whiskey that is distilled in Loretto Kentucky by Beam Suntory. It is sold in distinctively squarish bottles which are sealed with red wax. Maker’s Mark maintain that they distil their bourbon to the lowest proof of any US whiskey distillery.

Made using red winter wheat to keep the Whiskey nice and soft, Makers Mark is a combination of fruit peels, hazelnut and toasted charred oak. Very smooth yet strong in flavour.

Great with sliced brisket served with a honey and mustard glaze.
