The nose is buttery with sweet milky cereal developing to coconut cream and sugary shortbread. The thick and moreish palate shows Malted barley, allspice, and warm pastry with stewed apples. The finish lingers nicely with hints of tangerine, poached pears and mint, then a creamy oak character.
Best served neat or with a drop of water.
