Deep, dark red in appearance. On the nose, fresh fruits with red berries and spices. The palate is full and round with smooth tannins. A full-bodied, rich and intensely aromatic wine with a long finish.
An ideal accompaniment to Cassoulet or, try with beef short ribs braised in red wine and herbs
Traditional winemakeing methods, temperature controlled fermentation. Long soaking on the skins. Ageing is carried out for 1 ½ years in oak foudres.

Vintages 2014 : The Wine Advocate - 228, 30th Dec 2016 Score : (88 - 90) The 2014 Côtes du Rhône is more open and approachable than the 2013 and has an elegant, charming feel as well as lots of black cherries, spice and Provençal herbs. Drink it over the coming 5-6 years. Jeb Dunnuck.
