Lead by the third generation of the family, Casa Vinicola Botter has been producing wine for almost a century. Today it is one of the leading Italian exporting wineries. The winery cooperates with the most qualified wine producers in Veneto, Apulia, Molise, Abruzzo and Sicily. A superb full-bodied red full of dried red fruits, spice, plum and chocolate aromas and flavours. The Negroamaro grape, which is the dominant variety in the Brindisi area produces deep and intensely flavoured wines. The addition of Malvasia Nera to the Negroamaro reflects the classic blend of the area. In youth this wine has fresh varietal aromas that become more complex with time. As it ages, it loses its fruity notes, and becomes more spicy with hints of toast and vanilla due to the oak in which it is aged.
