Cono Sur

Cono Sur was founded in 1993 by the legendary Chilean label Concha y Toro, with the aim of producing premium, innovative, and environmentally respectful wines. The brand is run by Adolfo Hurtado - an incredibly astute, forward-thinking winemaker, who has masterminded the smooth running of Cono Sur since 1997 and who unsurprisingly has won several awards in the process. Their production has skyrocketed in volume over the years as they have grown in popularity - there are very few companies in the world able to produce wine of such exceptional quality in these quantities.

Tasting Notes

Intense, ruby red in colour, with aromas of black fruit, cherries, plums and raspberries. An intense sweet-fruit note runs through the wine. It is rich and elegant with soft tannins and a lasting finish.

Food Matches

The perfect accompaniment for red meats, poultry, duck and aged cheeses.
