Château Mas Belles Eaux
This Languedoc winery is owned by Pichon-Longueville of Bordeaux fame. The vineyards of Mas Belles Eaux stretch over 90 hectares of hillsides in the Languedoc, where they benefit from a varied, complex terroir of Villafranchian gravel over red clay and alluvial soils. The estate was called Belles Eaux because of the numerous springs around the property which run down into the Peyne River, which has a unique effect on the terroir and provide their freshness to the wines of Mas Belles Eaux.
Crystallin white in colour. On the nose, highly aromatic with white peach aromas and exotic fruits notes. Great minerality on the palate with a long and fresh finish.
Ideal with white meats and also with tasty red meats with strong flavours such as lamb or mutton. Try perhaps also with refined chees with character and strong aromas.
