Château Liot

This 25-hectare property has been in the David family for several generations and is currently run by Jean-Gérard David. Although it is labelled Sauternes, it is actually situated on the Haut-Barsac plateau on typical red clay over limestone soils, in the commune of Barsac, next to Château Climens.

Vibrant golden colour, a very aromatic clarity and a rich and concentrated palate. It is aged in oak barrels for 18 months, and will become a lush and unctuous wine of great concentration.

A wonderful wine to be served as an aperitif, or equally a superb accompaniment to blue cheese and desserts.
