A rich and robust wine, there is a stunning concentration of blackcurrant fruits with a touch of liquorice on the palate

Château Lilian-Ladouys

This 40ha property has been owned by the Lorenzetti family, who also own Château Pedesclaux in Pauillac, since 2013. Located on the rich, gravel soils overlooking the Gironde
Rich, smoky, decadent and showing great depth of warmly stewed, mulled forest fruits, oak, smoky robust tannins, and a touch of citrus. Massive structure, polished tannins, and the finish is long, creamy and very ripe. There is a super thread of graphite and pencil lead on the finish. A super Ste Estephe!
Delicious with rare roast beef with seasonal vegetables and yorkshire pudding.
Aged in 40% new oak barrels
