This is an absolute belter! Deep black colour, almost opaque. Forward and intense nose brimming with black fruit aromas, impressively rich at this stage offering layers of baked plum, cherry, mocha and sweet oak. Voluptuous with a delicious streak of dark chocolate, this wine is stylish, lush with a balancing note of black olive and spice to add a seasoned note to the long finish.

A perfect partner for roast rack of lamb served pink.

Fermented plot by plot, in small stainless and cement vats with manual pumping over and punching of the caps. Aged for 18 months in fine-grained French oak barrels (35% new)
