Château Brane Cantenac

Owned by AXA Millésimes since 1989. Under the direction of Christian Seely this château has been totally transformed and is producing excellent wine.

Tasting Notes

Richly aromatic, generous nose, like sniffing a jam making factory through a spice box filter! Supple and silky fruits appear from the glass – blueberry, cassis, sweet plum. A degree of opulence on the nose and palate, with subtle, silky tannins and a lovely ‘lift’ of freshness that seems to separate the layers of fruit individually. Elegant throughout with great length. A seriously good Margaux
