Established in 2013 Bayou Rum is handmade in the largest privately-owned rum distillery in the USA, utilizing traditional methods with state-of-the-art technology for all four steps: fermentation, distillation, maturation, and bottling. Aromas of sweet banana, vanilla and cinnamon. The palate has a mild yet complex blend of maple, banana, allspice, clove, vanilla and pepper. Giving a full mouth complexity with lingering notes of Creole baking spices.
