Bright straw coloured in appearance. Bursting with ripe tropical fruit with mango, ripe passionfruit and citrus. Notes of dry herbs and lime leaf mingle with complex aromas of honeycomb, vanilla bean and roasted hazlenut. Tight and fresh on the palate with a rich and creamy structure and an underlying chalky minerality.
